Hometown Pride

Next week I have two events in my hometown of Tallahassee, Florida, and I am completely psyched! My family went to the Leon County Public library every week when I was growing up, and it’s where I found many of the books that helped shape me as a writer. Also, when I was a graduate student at Florida State University, weekly readings at the Warehouse were an inspiring ritual, and now I’m getting to be a part of that series on Tuesday, October 7th at 8 PM!
